Sreedevi works with clients to study every aspect of their business and its operations. Taking into consideration the client requirements, she then works on each business process, developing, reviewing and tweaking it until the desired results are obtained. She has developed a variety of procedures for functions such as decision making, error tracking mechanisms, and internal control.
The outcome of Sreedevi’s work is that the business is able to generate timely, accurate and appropriate reports for bookkeeping, statutory requirements and internal management.
Not only does Sreedevi work with the business as a whole, but she also provides customized services for only specific functions, depending on the department that needs to be streamlined. She works with individual client teams to help them find flaws in the system and correct them, so the mistakes are not repeated.
